Isn't that last years? If it is what's the hold up on some fresh kills??? It was actually from 2 years ago.We snared a bunch of them that year.We just got 6 inches of fresh snow.They will be real hungry the next several days.I am going to put a little lead in their diet. ;D

Just lead? No copper fragments for garnish? They get variety in their diet! I am going to try some 250 grn SSTs @serious speed and see what the accuracy is like @200/300yds.They should make good yote medicine..

That coyote almost looks like the big, bad wolf. The one "Q' is holding is actually the smaller one of a pair we snared off of a fence row.This one was a male.He weighed 47 lbs and the female with him was 56 lbs. I have noticed that on avg. the size of yotes is increasing...not good news for whitetails....

56 pounds is huge for a female. Here is a picture of the pair.I had a picture of them laid out side by side but must have deleted it..They were very fat! Living large on gut piles..

Those are some really big yotes! Thats a huge female! Nice job! A local group around here killed close to 200 .(2007-2008winter) This past winter they killed less than 35(2008-2009).

Rex, They live high on the hog around here.Gut pile after gut pile and all of the gut shot deer that do not get found.Nobody I know of hunts them here.We snared 37 that winter.I have not had time to run lines like you need to since then.I would like to get back after then next winter.
