Hey where’s the white stuff on the ground if it’s winter? ;D
This is a great setup for all season shooting. How’s the noise reduction inside?

Those barrels look longer that normal or is that an optical illusion?

Richard, You killing me ;D with all this hardcore target shooting. Do you have a special hole in the window for the barrel cooling rod? It might save some ice in the winter time. I'm just jealous, very nice shooting range. Steve

I'm like foulplay. Jealous to be sure. If I had something like that I would be out at the range three times a week!

Fowlplay......Actually, the window next to where I shoot? I leave i6t open a crack and stick the rod out! ;D Yes, they are space heaters. We have 220V into the range so running four 1500 W heaters is possible without blowing a circuit breaker. Our friend Bill is planning on getting a propane space heater that runs off a 20 lb. barbeque bottle. ET......We did have about 1.5" of snow last week and it actually dipped to 5* F at my house. But, was back up to almost 40* by 2PM. While we do get some fairly cold nights during late December to mid Feb., by and large the daytime temp's are up into the 40' and 50's. Was 60* a couple of days last week. And if we really want snow, an hours ride up into the mountains and there is plenty of snow and skiing t 5,000 + ft. elevation. We have Mount Mitchell which is 6,860' only 1 1.2 hrs away. Highest mountain east of the Mississippi in the US. Beats the snot out of Ole' NJ. Jims......other than "Jons" ML, the others are centerfire rifles and yes, some do have long barrels. ET.....Noise is not a problem inside. Since the muzzle is on the outside, most of the noise is directed away from the building....Yes, you still need ear protection. Rich

Richard Well if you ever feel you are missing out on snow then come on up to my neck of the woods. I’ll even toss at you, err I mean provide some snowballs for juggling entertainment. ;D Actually got 5” today and expect another 3-4” later on. Definitely snow blower next year as my body doesn’t appreciate some heave ho with a shovel lately. ;D Ed
