Did Barnes every get the 195s changed so they can be used in a sabot?

I shoot the 195s in a sabot, the Harvester light blues. I do recall some of the Barnes had a bit of taper at the base edge that caused a bit of a problem but I thought that was corrected years ago.

The reason I asked was because as of June of this year some were still getting the 195s with the concave base and sharp edged base.

My personal experience with all Barnes bullets tried is that they run .001-.002" LESS than the stated diameter. A light knurl with a file gets the diameter where it should be. With the .400 expanders, increasing to .401", although it made it tougher to get down the bore (Harvester blue sabots), made even the rounded base bullets very accurate. Apparently the knurl makes bullets grip the sabots better.

I knurl every bullet that meets a sabot, makes everything more consistent.
