I use the ones from Luke at Arrowhead. However, I'm not following headspace / bolt retention screw connection.

Is it possible the headspace was set with a worn retention screw? If this is the case, original steel screws will not work, either. If your BP is for 209 ignition, a simpler fix would be to modify that rather than redoing headspace on barrel/action.

Remove the Firing Pin from the Bolt. Use grease on the Bolt Slot in the location of the camming surface. Reinstall the Bolt with the Bolt Retention Screw in place. Cycle the Bolt back and forth checking for binding in the slot and/or contact with the Breechplug nose. It should slide freely forward and aft. Make yourself a headspace gauge or use a Primer of a know length to test that you do not have excessive crush on the Primer.
