Well got a little surprise when looking on the net to learn more about making Jerky. Initially I was looking for what was available for racks and still haven’t decided if I want straight lined or checkered gratings. Was getting tired at looking at pictures of racks so decided I should be more educated about making jerky and called up different web sites. That’s when I discovered Mushroom Jerky recipes. Well I happen to really enjoy mushrooms so that’s on my to do list, chuckle. There was also mention of trout and salmon jerky. So, there’s a lot of different jerky to try and more kitchen time in 2020.
