Any thoughts on reloading with pulled bullets. Used hammer style puller with cleaning patch in bottom to not damage tips. Other than a rough area where the bullet was in contact with the neck, they look good. I plan on reusing cases an primers as well. Should I resize the neck before loading new loads? Will accuracy be affect bu the pulled bullets?

Depends on if the tip has been damaged and how far you are shooting. I would personally resize the neck but that’s just me.

I haven't noticed a negative impact reloading pulled bullets, either the hammer style or collet pullers. These are used at ranges less than 300 yards. I generally pull the de-capping pin on the expander and run through the full sizing die again. I have never set up to do just neck sizing, though this would be a good candidate for that technique.
