I have a can of reloder 7 and one of 10x.
Was wondering which powder is best to use to push a 300gr bullet to kill a deer up to 300yrds.
I have a Savage 10 ML II stainless.Pilar and glass beded laminated stock. Right now I have Parker BE and Match Hunters.
Looking to get other brands too but not lots of range time left before the hunt.
Any load data from anyone using these powders is greatly appreciated !
Thanks

You can get more speed from the 10X but its going to require more powder to get there. Load data in the old pdf file starts at 70gr of 10X for a 300gr bullet in a 50cal. 75gr max.
72gr should be in the 2300-2400fps range. I dont think you will get any faster than that with Reloder7 with its max load.
