Very nice! I smoked a couple chuck roasts and made burnt ends from them. Beef, it's what we're having for dinner.

We just finished up a big boston butt pork roast I hickory smoked a few days ago. After five hours of smoking, my wife then put it in one of the Instant Pots for 45 minutes. With that process, one can cut across the grain with a fork.....easy on her bad teeth and my dentures! No flavor lost, either.....yummy! Hope to be smoking a bunch of venison before long.
Tar, those 'taters look fantastic! Care to share your home made recipe??
