Finally getting around to doing load development for my 300WM. Curious what others are getting from there hunting bullets in this caliber. Out to 300 it holds 1/2 MOA running Barnes max recommended load for H1000.

It is an Omega that I got for a dedicated CAN on this rifle. There is a little history behind this rifle but a short version is a member of the Corps PWS team built it for me last year. I have a few other "CANS" and the Harvester is one but I do like the Omega a little more for its suppression capabilities across various calibers. I actually got 4 stamps back this week to build some and I can finally use this lathe that I have just collecting dust to make some K baffles. :-)

H-1000 is a great powder for that gun. I've had good success with it using 190-220gn bullets in the .300 Win Mag.

I had great results with H-1000, Berger 190 Hunting VLDs with fed 215GM primers and Nosler brass

Don't get much opportunity to shoot long distance but I've had good results with H1000 as well. These are 100 yds not 300!
