Been thinking about a .375 SML sabotless build. I see some flat base .375 bullets in the .384 BC range.Attractive to say the least. Anyone have experience doing this caliber with the way I'm prposing? 1/12" twist maybe?
I currently have two 10mlii's in 50 cal. Was thinking of :
# 1 converting one 10mlii by switching the barrel ( least expensive route) #2 buy a CVA Apex and convert #3 build on a 700ml -209 # 4 or I'm plain nuts. More money than brains LOL....

You could use a Savage or Stevens or Remington actions they would be better than the CVA. I have a Stevens 45 McGowen with the 209 bolt head and shoot Barnes 290gr TEZ sabot less no sizing. why not just go with a .338 they have some good bullet.
