45 years ago I would say I could have been a bone marrow junkie. 40 years ago I swam in the ocean until I was shriveled.
Then the summer of 75 JAWS came out and every bump in the Atlantic makes me think I am swimmin' with bow legged woman and prions keep me from eating marrow!
My brain has too many holes already to risk on prions...

Just kiddin' the best cooks use everything and those that don't miss out on a lot.

Funny this came up..The other day talking to my neighbor across the road and he telling about his wife making marrow broth to make soups with...beef..pork and chicken bones...said it was very good....like said my son is a chef...and he uses every part of the meat and bone...

I do this with my deer bones and also use the bones from my ducks, geese and turkeys. Very good stuff

Also, if you buy pork with bones to make venison (partly) you can make broth from the port ribs instead of throwing them away.
