I size my BEs with a cheap Lee hand press and as small as a .449 die. Soft lead bullets with thin jackets resize easily with this setup. Ive even taken the Barnes O .458 down to .454 without any issues.

I use a cheap harbor freight arbor press with Hankins die. My 3 year old could push tez and be through the die.

Only for orders over $35.00. Still a good price. You can become an Amazon prime member for 99 bucks, then order your product with free shipping, after placing the order cancel your prime membership. It'll still ship for free and Amazon will only charge you a dollar, course it takes them a week to cancel the 99 bucks off of your credit card all the while your credit card company is using that amount to factor in your monthly interest charge. Still cheaper.

If you have a vise and the die it doesn't get much cheaper. Put the die in the vise, and using the ram that came with the die tap the well lubed bullet through with slow steady light raps with a hammer.
Before you start laughing, I do this with a FF die and the 310 .458 APB. Works really really well.

I have rockchucker mounted out in the garage but for portable or working in the kitchen doing some sizing, This setup works pretty good. I mounted the die upside down on a flange with a big washer and nut to secure the die. Took off the round plate that came with the Harbor freight arbor press and just set the die up on the arbor press. Works pretty slick and easy. I never saw any pics so I thought I would add these.

I like the way you set up the die for use in the arbor press. I just drilled a hole through a piece of 3/8" flat bar with the bar sitting on top of the plate straddling one of the slots, and put the die on top of that. Yours is a better setup.
It's easier for me to line up the bullets for a second pass with the die upside down as well.
