I don't know, but it seems clear to me that he is infringing on my patents.

He started doing those about a year and a half ago IIRC. I think he may have been lurking around here for inspiration. He doesn't really come out and say smokeless but using a large rifle primer with a ventliner may not ignite smokeless or BH209. I just wonder if he is doing it or his buddy that used to do the "magic" treatment is doing the work.

the first thing i noticed also was he never mentioned powder of any type. sub or smokless.

It is a smokeless rifle. you can use all diff type powders. nice thing is you can screw your centerfire barrel back on and you have two rifles.

4759 is the powder that he wants you to use with that setup.
