Don't throw it away. Fix it and put it on a rim fire, like may be a 17 HMR. Likely it would handle that.

They are great for lery low recoil guns (once dialed in and never moved again), but I have yet to see one that tracks true (1/4 MOA at 100yd might be 3/4-1.5" MOA at 100yd). They are right up there with BSA scopes.

yea mine would track left when i would change elevation for what i have into it i dont think its worth it has nice glass up to 25 power maybe ill use it for a spotting scope it was nice for target ill just have to get a 3200 or 4200 in high power but my 3-9 4200 will work for now just dont like how they treat customers and there 30 day lifetime warranty thanks kevin

Man oh man! Is this ever a a common story. Cheap scopes will hold a group, unfortunately that group might be 24 inches. I've said many times to anyone who would listen" I wish I had all the money back I spent one junk scopes." And believe that there are a lot of name brand middle price scopes that are junk also!!!!!! I even called the service dept at one manufacturer and told them what I planned to put the scope on, they swore by the scope. I got their name and ext.#. I bought the scope it last less than 25 shots. I called back and told my story.I insisted that since I took their advice and hid nothing that they wave all fees and provide me a scope that would perform as they claimed. They did not agree.
I have had manufacturers of a scopes with a lifetime guarantee offer to sell me another scope from their line,at retail price, to replace the one I sent them for repair. No allowance for the money I already had spent on the broken scope plus the shipping and handling fee! What a deal! I could have bought the scope they offered me ,online, for less than the price they offered as such a good deal.
IMO the only scope to buy is one that ,when it gets a Little loose(and it will eventually), you pay the shipping one way ,they fix it and pay the shipping back to you. If you have a good product, you won't be afraid to back them.
You said it Kevin ,you get what you pay for. You can use QR mounts and move the scope around. Better one good scope than 6 junk!
