Will people in heaven recognize each other from their stay on earth? Is there scriptures that says so? This is important to me. Thanks. Ben

I don't know of any specific verses that state whether we will recognize each other or not but there are principles in scripture that to me would indicate that we surely will.
In IISamuel after Davids son died due to Davids sin he stated that he would no longer fast because he could not bring his son back. He would however one day "go to be with his son" and took comfort in this.
To me it would not make sense to look forward to that day if they would not know each other when David got there.
I wouldn't even be surprised if we know who people are that we've never met on this earth but I cannot make that case from scripture.
I look forward to seeing you there along with all of our fellow believers.

Like Stubblejumper I can’t find any scripture that deals directly with your specific question. But I also agree with Stubblejumper about recognition of not only those believers we knew in our lifetime but all other believers present.
The bible mentions of names in the “Book of Life” so this allows me to believe our current identity by name will remain with us.
In Matthew 17: 1-8 and Mark 9: 1-8 it talks about Jesus configuration and mentions the appearance of Moses and Elias talking to Jesus. Now the disciples have never before seen Moses or Elias but God revealed who they were to allow recognition of identity. Now if the recognition of those that previously died were revealed to living believers by God I don’t see why this would not also be the same of those that have passed away and come together in Heaven. Here too from this I have to conclude that not only recognition exists but allowing communicating.
Hope this in some way helps to answer your question.

Actually the Holy Bible gives us more details about hell than it does heaven. I suspect that our carnal minds are not capable of fathoming the splendor of being in the actual presence of God but I do suspect that we will recognize our earthly friends. I just wonder how old we will be in heaven because Jesus said that such is the Kingdom of Heaven when referring to little children. It is a good question but the answer seems a bit mysterious.

Doesn't the bible say that we will know all things? That would suggest that we will know everyone we meet, to me at least.
