Since I know of deer being killed in Illinois and brought to Ar. and entered and won the big buck contest I am would like to know more. If it was taken in Arkansas it is a monster for the state. I hate it that some people cheat to win. I know of one personally who did this. Anxious to get the details. Ben

The trouble with contests is some folks will lie and cheat. The trouble with cheaters is they cast a shadow of doubt based in envy on all winners.
I have no knowledge of this legality of this buck.
It surely is a grand buck, even though it probably has 'buck teeth'. ;D

I read somewhere that it was killed in the Ozark National Forest. Central, western Arkansas? Zach's official score was 173 5/8" Gross and 169 0/8" net. 200SST
