COUNTRY FRIED VENISON
2 venison teaks 2onions 1 T. pepper 1 T. salt Crisco
Cut steak into serving size pieces. roll in flour, brown meat on both sides in hot grease, using a roasting pan, put brown meat, grated onions, salt and pepper in pan. add leftover grease and enough water t cover. cover with Reynolds wrap and bake for 2 hours at 375 degrees... ;D
