I shot this buck opening day around 08:00--My bestest so far. Field dressed at 202lb's and 12 pt. Shot was 127 yds thru lungs quartering toward me. He went about 30 yds and crashed. As you can tell his neck was swollen and definitely ruttin, following a doe. Savage ML,300 gr Rem. .458/BCR sabot & 45 gr's 5744. My son shot these two does around 17:00 the same day using his T/C Encore,250 gr Horn. XTP,110 gr 777 loose powder. Shots were about 70-80 yds. Thank you Lord for a great day & thanks for all the help on this board. Ozark--Thanks for posting help!!! Mark

Congratulations to all! Very nice buck and getting 2 does is not to shabby either. We will have to go out the range again sometime after the season, swap stories over coffee and cloverleaf groups. ;D
