if anyone has orded one of these stocks could you please post your picture of before and after. also could you let me know if they are comfortable to hold shoot and hunt with. i went to order one and they will not be in stock for two or three months the one i was going to order was richards wildcat thumbhole coral blue then it will be shipped to richard from our site for bed and pillar job. thanks bill

Bill,I have that stock and it is very comfortable to shoot both at the bench and in the field.I purchased it in the varmint style for the wider forearm to accommodate the thick barrel on the Savage but I really don't think it was necessary.I did sand the "pimple'' off of the front of the forearm,which to me didn't do much for the looks of the gun.In fact I like it so much I'm having the owner of Badbull Muzzleloader put one on my new rifle for me.I'm a carpenter by trade so the sanding was no big deal,actually it was a fun project to do.When I get home tonight I will try to post some pictures,not real sure how to do it but will give it a try.Edge was kind enough to post them for me on the old board about 4 years ago I believe.If I can't get them up I will gladly e-mail them to you.
