I thought some might enjoy seeing this picture of a buck I "shot" one morning several years back before hunting season. As you can see the buck is in velvet. He was in the company of a much better 10 pointer but I didn't quite time my shutter as well with his jump as I did this 8 pointer. Something to remember on days when trapped in the house I had this one enlarged and it sits over the TV.

That is a great pic Whelenman! I have been toying with the notion of getting into wildlife photography. I would consider a pic like yours a trophy!

That buck was shot back when 35mm was in it's prime. It would be a lot easier now with the digital cameras available and the ease of photo enhancement on a computer. I used to dabble a little and used several for pictures in the house. If you have an interest go for it. I'm into fishing too and this one satisfies the fisherman in me. This one sits over the headboard of my bed.
