I have a scout conversion with 209 ignition system and have tried a few parker ballistic extreme bullets down the bore just to see if they would fit. They fit fairly snug and was wondering if they will shoot this way or will they need to be sized.Ive never went the sabotless route so any help on loads would be appreciated.

If I were you I'd buy a Swinglock sizing die from Luke at ASG. Then get ya some quality Fury bullets and commence to sizing and shooting. With a 209 ignition you're gonna wanna start out low and work your way up. Maybe 55gr of H or I 4198 going up to 60. Take care and be safe. Maybe use a wad as well.

Yep 55-56gr to start.....60gr max......use that max with caution if bullets load tight. Some kind of wad. I like veggie or Circle Fly Nitro cards. Both are cheap. Get the largest OD 45cal ones you can find. I think Walters are .462-.463 and Sage Brush might be a tad larger. If you use wool, use 50cal wool. They work just fine in a 45.
