I have a Ruger Mark I 22 with the 5" bull barrel. I have shot huge numbers of rounds through it over the years and don't remember ever having a jam or failure to feed. I have owned this gun for almost 40 years and still love to shoot it. Although quite accurate it is still not quite up to the level of my Colt Python .357. That thing could shoot the eyelashes off of a gnat! Of course then there is this little 22LR / 22 Mag that my wife bought at the gun show last weekend: At 5 feet you can likely keep all five rounds in a 6" circle, but I wouldn't bet on much more than that. Still, it could be valuable in an emergency.

I will stick to my K-22 6"{ 22LR and my K-48 8=3/8's 22 Magnum. Have had them both for about 40 plus years. Lou
