Mistakes happen no matter how long you have Handloaded! A friend got a new .243 Win Rifle & wanted me to load some ammo for him. I had a few "Old" boxes of Sierra 100 Gr SMP bullets so a loaded him a few with a pretty generic load.
.243 Win 100 gr Sierra SMP 40.0 Grs H4350 Win LRP Rem Cases
He brings in some 85 Barnes TSX he wanted loaded. I asked him to send me a photo of the Loading Label I put on the Box. Dummy Me had written 45.0 Grs of H4350!!! Well I panicked & had him bring them over & we pulled a bullet & Thankfully it did weigh the 40.0 grs. That was a relief, but what if later on in the future he used that recorded info?
Everyone please be careful & Triple Check Everything Every Time!

As I get older, I triple check everything and then check again . Chris

That is one of the reasons I will not reload for others. If I screw up I only hurt myself.
