I believe creating this sub board is a good idea. I am aware that most have grown tired of the Toby Bridges situation but safety should be a concern of all involved. A look at the number of people who have viewed the subject recently indicates that there is concern. People naturally think that where there is a lot of smoke there must be a little fire. It isn't a matter of supporting Bridges or Savage on the issue. It is about the numerous modifications and the loads shooters come up with. We do all these things at our own risk and that is said over and over. That it is said means to me that there is a risk of some degree involved. I witnessed a .45 Caliber semi automatic Army issue pistol go fully automatic on a firing line. The shooter hung on but two holes were shot through the roof of the range shed. It happened with a trigger job that I had done and believe me it got my attention. I may or may not have the blessings of others but I urge everyone to use this sub catagory to bring up safety issues that are felt to be concerns. It involves the use of such simple things as the use of reference marks on the ram rod to a hundred other possible issues. I understand how tiresome it is to hear the Toby Bridges deal and I applaud the decision to start this sub board. We should never become bored by having both eyes, both hands and enjoying the sport without injury. I am not pro Savage or pro Bridges. I am pro safety above accuracy, velocity, bullet performance or other considerations. Ozark
