That's a really high expectation but Tikka rifles are some of the most precise factory rifles I've shot. I probably shot 200 rifles a year during the 10 years I worked in a gunshop. Any time I had to shoot a Tikka I knew it would be a quick job as long as it had a decent optic.
Your rifle is a 1-14" twist so you are going to be limited to 55gn bullets and less. I had one of their 1-8" twist guns and it would shoot up to 80gn bullets well. Nosler Ballistic Tips tend to shoot well with minimal development in most guns I've loaded for. Sierra BlitzKing as well as Hornady V-MAX and ELD-M have done well for me. H4895, Varget, and TAC have done well with light bullets in .22-250.

Federal ammo was what I always shot too if I needed accurate varmint ammo preloaded.

I've owned two Tikka 595s, one was the Msater Sporter with 26" Palma barrel/stock the other was a regular Sporter barrel. Both shot groups under 1/2 with 52-55 grain handloads and quakity factory ammo. I haven't owned a T3 in that caliber but I've shot and reloaded for T3s in 7-08 and 7mag. All shot 1/2" or less at 100 yds and every Tikka that I've dealt with was highly accurate. 7mmfreak is correct, they are very good and the federal premium ammo performs well.

None of the experience that Keith has with the Tikka, but from my experience he is right on as far as bullet weights go for that twist. I'm loading for a friend with a 250 and his gun likes 36.0/4064 with a Hornady 52 BTHP. Varget is about the same burn rate.

I got acquainted with 4064 way after my 22-250 days but it doesn't shock me that it works well.
