Well, deer seaon ended today where i live in Virginia. The farm i spend most time hunting is no high powered rifles, so mzldr or bow only. I had been shooting a savage for years, but had just grown tired of occasional misfire issues that they have. I had Luke build me a wonderful treestand weapon last summer. 23" barrel on remy action. We had an initial issue with a bad bushing that lasted under 30 shots. He was gracious and sent me a new one. Once that was installed we were off to the races. I killed 14 deer with it this year and never a glitch. I leave rifle loaded at the end of the day as i hunt several days each week. I leave it in the truck to warm up and cool down with outside air, i know some of you will crap thier pants over that, but thats how i roll and the rifle did not care. It shoots sub moa with parker 275 match hunter hollow point. 9 went steaight soen, the remaining ran less than 40 yds. I truly have never lik d mzldrs, only used them because we had to on this farm, and the farm is worrh whatever rule they make for sure, i passed up several 140-150 buck as there were a couple bigger running aeound on the 1400 acres. But this rifle is so comfortable to carry and shoot, withuot muzzle break even, andtroubke free, that i look forward ro picking it up and carrying it.
thanks Luke for a wonderful new wepon in my arsenal. brent
