Just wanted to let everyone know it's been a very busy spring at ASG--lots of cool new toys and what not.
*Brux/MGM/Arrowhead Plug Encore barrels. Available in 26" or 28" lengths (available now)
* New Savage CF bolt head in BOTH left and right hand configuration. Port has been adjusted down to allow easy primer extraction from the target action port. And the head was modified to allow full primer insertion to the bottom of the primer pocket. I am offering a trade in program for guys that have the old head and want to upgrade. (available now)
*New 10ML-II bolt head. This head will allow full insertion into the bottom of ASG Plug primer pocket. Also rotated primer slot down 10* to allow smoother primer extraction. (approx. 2 weeks out)
*New building. Currently in permitting process, but should be ready by September. Will be a fully outfitted shop along with retail section.
*ASG got its FFL back in January, so now handling CF conversions too.
*Not a new announcement, but since slufoot just announced he’s no longer doing them, I thought everyone should know ASG does fit 45/70 barrels for the Arrowhead Plug.
I’ve got about a half dozen other things in the works, but can’t quite make the announcement on those yet. Nothing as exciting as a new building! But a few will be pretty good. Hard to believe ASG is coming up on its 5-year anniversary. Never could have imagined a plan to keep a few prefit Pac-Nor barrels on hand, could end up where it has. ASG definitely has the BEST customers. ☺

Congrats Luke! With the new building are you going to put a range with it for testing and for use explaining new builds to customers who are close? That would be pretty neat and be fun to run new builds through some test runs with new customers?

Thanks for the compliments guys. Shop was getting built whether or not I had the business. ASG will just help subsidize it a little bit (and make it a write off). So far they've been pretty easy to work with, but I was looking for a place on the edge of Jones county pretty hard. But the commute clear across CR would be kind of painful. They busted a guy that had a bunch of guns from a robbery they thought was related to mine, but never recovered any of mine. Brux are the 6L 20tw that I usually get. |
