Was wondering what everybody is using as a ccw carry holster. My gun is a Springfield XD45. I currently have an uncle mikes inside the waste band holster. It works OK but I'm looking for something different.

I carry OWB from Raven, Lead Farmer, and a local guy.

That's a lot of gun to carry inside the pants. I gave up on IWB and carry with a crossbreed OWB from micro to full size. Your best get is to get a belt designed for the task to start with, most belts stretch and your method of carry get less and less comfortable.

Thanks for the replies, I looked at the crossbreed website they look like a good product. I'll check out the others. Living in NY I consider myself lucky to get a permit to carry in the first place. I'm not sure I'm comfortable carrying OWB just yet.

I second the gun belt; I wear Ares. I know guys who carry OWB in business attire for security details; they just use black, grey, or navy Kydex. It just means you are always in a jacket. I know for a fact I can rip a jacket and get to a gun faster than working around a tucked shirt. Tuckables look like guns under clothes; at least they look that way on me.
