Brothers, this is my first post so I'll start by introducing myself. My name is Frank and I'm from Ontario. I've been a shooter and hunter all my life and I've recently started shooting a muzzleloader, that's what brought me to your forum.
The reason I'm posting, is to thank you all for your Christian presence on this forum. Without getting into a long story, I was kind of a prodigal son that has finally found his way home after a long absence.
As I look back over the last few months I see the Holy Spirits hand at work and see all the people he's used to reach me.
The reason I'm posting is to encourage you, to let you know your prayers are being heard, that the Lord is working.
Your brother in Christ, Frank

Welcome, Frank. You'll have your ups and downs but continue to follow the Lord. It pays off in the end. We all will bow before Him someday- its a good thing to be on His side. Rom 14:11

God is good! Preesing on with our eye on the mark, good days and not so good days, but in Christ we triumph!

Thank God for the prodigal sons. They have learned by first hand experience that to live without the Father is to be totally lost.
I love the New King James translation of Luke 15:17 which states that the prodigal "came to himself". What a wonderful expression of the divine awareness of who we are and where we belong. There are so many who wake up in the morning without the big picture. Living a purpose of only getting through the day successfully and to do the same the next day while experiencing sporadic highs and lows. I remember the very day that I came to myself. I have not been the same since.
