Im posting this here because it might be of interest for use in SML loads. I was reading about lovex powders and seen a powder that is comparable to 5744. It is D060 and is listed for 45-70 loads, I believe it is a tubular powder. Anyone here ever use this powder or have more information regarding this powder? If mods feel this in in wrong place to discuss feel free to move it.

This powder is made by Explosia AS which is a Czech company mostly known for producing Semtex, the terrorist's favorite explosive. They were producing powders for Sellier and Bellot a long time ago. I have also been told they produce powders for Magtech, Privi Partizan, Fiocchi and the Hungarian made MFS ammo (I seen some of that at Cabelas). I was also told Accurate was using some of their powders back in the 80s and 90s which may be why the D060 is such a close match to 5744. I've seen some of this powder pop up under a different name and I think it is was imported into the US by Fiocchi in bulk and then packaged here down in Tennessee by some mom&pop shop trying to cash in on the powder shortage. A few years ago Sellier and Bellot got bought out by Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos (CBC) which owns Magtech. That purchase made CBC one of the largest ammo makers in the world. They also bought MEN, a German company that produces LEO ammo. Their sniper ammo is some of the best and widely used in Europe. If Explosia wants to bust into the US market and CBC and Fiocchi supports them they could do well. I wouldn't be worried about quality. In todays powder market if your going to be producing powders for Western or NATO military use you have to have all the quality protocols like ISO and such.
