If you were going to choose between these two, which on and why?
Thanks Heavy Barrel

Have both.
I lean towards the Accura V2. Stainless steel barrel, adjustable trigger which is very nice, accuracy is great, thumbhole stock is comfortable to shoot, my oldest son loves it.
The only negative and I'm not sure if it applies to the Accura, the camo finish may flake off. My CVA Apex camo flaked off but CVA replaced the buttstock and forearm for free. Before i use the new pieces, I am going to have them clear coated with an automotive finish (the TC Triumph camo still looks brand new after many hunts).

I would second the V2. Great shooters & the thumb hole with a scope is a sweet gun. Plus Tc has become known for HORRIBLE customer service since S&W bought them.

V2 only because to me the TC is over rated and you pay allot for the name. I have no experience with either of the models you listed. So take my 2 cents for what they are worth, not much. ?

What about the Apex? I like the idea of the SS Barrel. Where can you find them, our LGS nor the Cabelas that is close by have them in stock?

The APEX is one of the finest M/L's I've owned. Plus you have the option of a smokeless barrel for it if you want. I would contact Carlos at Ed's Gun Shop & see what he can do for you. You wont find anybody better! 910-692-7936
One other note.....if you want stainless but don't care about interchangeable barrels then look at the Accura MR. Looks & feels just like the APEX but lighter with an aluminum receiver & a fixed barrel.

Seriously considering the Apex and also considering the smokeless conversion. Can yall shed some light on the conversion process and how much the cost would be? Also how do the bullets get seated on the charge without a sabot?
thanks

You'll need a bullet sizer to size bullets talk to Luke at arrowheads sporting goods. Once you go smokeless you'll never go back.

What is the difference between the Apex ML and the Accura 2 ML, other than the option of swapping barrels? Heard the Apex has a SS receiver and the Accura an Aluminum, but not been able to confirm this??
Thanks

It has to be stronger to handle interchangeable rifle caliber barrels. Greg
