Have a new 45 SML Slufoot Encore (bergara 45/70 bbl) conversion.......
I know the parker bullets have a great reputation as a deer bullet. I would love to hear from anyone who has tried these Parker .40 cal 200 gr. bullets.
What loads? Bbl twist? Results on deer etc... Pros/cons....
I would like to shoot a really good quality hunting bullet like the barnes 195s but even with knurling I cannot get these to shoot that well (e.g. 2 -3"). I can get moa/sub moa from the 200 SST and XTPs.....
Hoping to hear good feedback on this parker 200 before I purchase....

The parker h-cons are way to frangible for smokeless speeds.

Luke thanks for the reply and info .... and saving me time and money... this board is GREAT for that! Thank you all.
I was just wondering since the hydra-cons shoot well and smokeless in 50 Nula....I'll take your advice and stick with what I have.
