Is there any gunsmiths that will build a 45 smokeless barrel for a Encore? I'm new to forum and can't figure out how to send Slufoot a PM. Thanks Yellowriver

I'm new to forum and can't figure out how to send Slufoot a PM. Thanks Yellowriver dougsmessageboards.proboards.com/user/747Click on "Send Message" in the upper right corner, and go from there. I think you will need to find a .45-70 barrel, but he can guide you. Super nice guy...give him a chance. When he replies, you will see a number at the very top of the page by "Messages" From what I hear, Bullberry is very slow and pretty expensive. P.S. You will get more replies if you post in the Savage/Smokeless Muzzleloading with questions about smokeless.

MGM has some brux barrels that you could put Lukes plug in from arrowhead sporting goods, having one done now call MGM and talk to Dillon, he will set you up.another option is buy a 45-70 Begara barrel from Haus of arms,Lukes plug and have someone install it.such as cmcfirearms, having them do one also.kind of got carried away.

Make sure you get a heavy contoured barrel.
