Hello Fellows! I'm learning how to create threads on this site and communicate with others. I would like to buy a certain Muzzleloader. Where do you post on Doug's Board, Buy/Sell/Trade activities?
Thanks too anybody who can lead me to this area?
So far, I like the site a lot! I go by the name Buckmaster. I live in North Florida but hunt on my own land in Lyons, GA. It's in the farm belt and we grow some fine bucks up to the 160 class and 220 pounds. I bowhunt, ML and gun hunt. I bird hunt too.
thanks! SW

The buy/sell board is located on another board due to Proboards rule against weapon sales. Go to the but/sell area and it will give you instructions on accessing that board.
Enjoy your visits to Doug's and if you need more help just holler...

Hi Guys! Thank you for reaching out.
Believe it it or not, I bought a very very nice Knight Disc Elite .45 S/S today from a nice fellow. I have three Knight's now and I'm going to sell one of the brand new Knight's .50 cal, hopefully soon. Maybe on Doug's or other Forums.
The gent I bought the rifle from did not know the Elite's Twist and I'm hoping someone on this Forum can help me determine it. It's a Knight Disc Elite SN is S001827. Please let me know if it's a 1:20 or 1:30? And, what is the net affect of each twist?
Thanks a a bunch and if you can help, please do.

My understanding is all the Elite 45's are 1-30" twist which means they do not have the twist necessary to stabilize the longest, heaviest bullets. I keep trying to find a 1-20" Knight but no such luck.

Lucky you. I hope it doesn't grow legs and walk off.

The only true way to know is check it yourself. Just goggle and you will find several ways to measure the twist.

Nope sorry but all Elites are 1-30 with the possible exception of a very few prototypes. Some early SuperDISCs were available in 1-20. Some early MK85 45cal were available in 1-24. There was a 1-18 Target model available in 2006. There is a new very limited production run of Mountaineers in 1-20 (Only 25 made). Knight may have a couple left.

One vendor ordered 12 and they are selling off the rest. www.modernmuzzleloader.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=27415

I would but I just spent close to a grand on a rifle optic and another large chunk of change on bullet making materials. Maybe a few will be left over.
