That 300 gr. is smoking down range. I can imagine the recoil, it will brake my shoulder for sure.

I read the Web page and would like to know what is a blueprint and what benefit does it have Blueprinting an action is when you re-cut all the critical surfaces on the action using a single point cutter set up in a lathe. What benefit it has on a muzzleloader is absolutely none.. In my opinion.. Only adds cost to the build.. Jeff Hankins..

I think I need to check into this Company. The picture of that muzzleloader setting on the bench is my .416 ml. It is not a ml put together by that company unless Jeff Hankins owns or works for them.

Mark... I swear I have nothing to do with them nor have I even heard of them until now... But you are correct.. That looks like the barreled action I did for you last year and that is one of my muzzle brakes.. How did these people get that picture. Jeff Hankins...

Jeff, they must have gotten it off my facebook page thats the only place it is on the web. I think in going to try and call them tomorrow and ask about their ML's and get some specs. on what my ML is built with. Then I'm going to let them know that it's my gun in their picture.

I forgot about it being there.I printed off thier web page with the picture. I see what they have to say when I talk to them and tell them that they are claiming to take credit for a rifle built by another rifle builder.

Corey James is his name. A couple years ago he bought some Savage laminate stocks from me. We talked a few times on the phone, and his claims of extraordinary accuracy with a 250gr XTP (factory gun) were unbelievable. 450 yard kill as I recall. Anyway, I'm not in the habit of calling customers liars, and if making stuff up made him feel good, it didn't really matter to me. During our conversations, it came out he was a custom ammo manufacturer.
Fast forward to a few months back, and he e-mails me asking for quotes on complete 45cal builds. For some reason, I visited his FB page at that time to see what he was up to with his business. On his FB page I saw several pics of guns that I had built that were being passed off as his. Additionally, he was making posts claiming he had recently sold them trying to generate interest with his FB fan boys. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but it's the internet, so whatever. I 2X'ed the normal price on my quote to him, and I thought he went away. Guess he's moving on to other builders and trying to find other suckers.

I don't see the pic of the muzzle loader up any more. Markb317, I'm pretty sure I've seen a pic of your gun on this site. I could be wrong.
Is someone going to call him out on his social media sites? I'm not on any of them.

Pulled bill and Luke's guns from their Pinterest account too. At least they were easily forced into folding.

I should have taken more screen shots, but here's the one I did snag. I can go take a picture of the wood pile right now (at least what's left of it and visible under 10" of snow), but that's definitely a picture I took. From 6/11/14

Wow it's interesting to see how some people try to get business. This is really saddening to see someone could stoop so low.
I'm glad the builders on this site don't do things like that and even though we don't always agree on ideas at least we can do this stuff and still look respectful and honest. Great hob guys being respectful people!
I bet this guy follows this site also! If your reading this buddy I hope you realize how much of a class act you really are, way to be a tool!
