I hope this question isn't out of line and is in the right place.
I won a Browning 1911 .22.
Basically a downsized 1911 with the same type of functionality and controls.
I just simply don't have a use for it and since I'm not a handgun guy, I don't really know the best way to sell/trade it.
Any ideas or suggestions?
I know if it gets sold and needs to be shipped it must go to an FFL.
I've posted a couple ads, but nothing yet.
It's NIB with the Browning hardcase.

There is a buy and sell site above the smokeless heading where you can list it.

Where do you live?
Is there a chance you could go to a gun shop and trade it in for something you DO want? Or trade it for some ammo at the gun shop?
You won it so anything usable would be a gain.

I have sold a few guns on armslist.com, its like craigslist for guns. I just get a copy of the buyers drivers license and permit to carry and also request they sign a bill of sale. I have an AR for sale on there now.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'll look into Armslist. Maybe Gun Broker too. I tried trading a gun at Cabelas one time, for what they offered I'd keep it as a paperweight! Thanks for idea about trading though, I would be willing to trade for a scope of comparable value, so maybe I'll work something out in that direction!
