Here is first with Hankins custom conversion , this 8 point should have kept chasing the doe in the thicket stopped just enough for the H&R to get him in the cross hairs and the 275 BE hit home, not even a half step just leg kickin hit the ground , smaller buck behind him stepped over him said thank u and continued chasin the doe .......not the one i had hoped for but this is New York

no pass thru i nipped a twig 10 ft from the stand i didnt see in the scope hiy him hih behind the shoulder blew up at the bottom of spine lungs were jello . pretty good entry hole rib cage had a hole that a golf ball would go thru. But imo i would rather have all the energy from the bullet be absorbed by the animal and it took every once . So im pleased with the 275 BE

I'd rather the deer feel the hit and knock him down then get a complete pass threw. I shoot the 250 SST and love how it transfers energy into the deer. You know they are hit when the 250 SST hits! Congrats again!

That buck looks like he is snarling a little. Doesn't seem he likes you much. Glad you are enjoying your H&R conversion!
