I've got a hunt this year on a refuge that doesn't allow smokeless powder. For this hunt I thought about using bh209. First off will the savage centerfire's with modified breechplugs and .040 bushing work with bh 209 sabotless? Secondly is it ok to weigh bh 209 on a rcbs charge master?

BH209 works fine through a RCBS Chargemaster 1500 combo.

Jsthntn247.... This is a just in case message. If you are a newbie the two powder types do not do not measure 1 to 1. Not trying to offend just making sure you stay safe if you are a newbie wayles

Thanks wayles. I used to use bh209 and think it was 84 weighed equaled 120 by volume.

BH209 flows great out of my Chargemaster. I've never had an error reading.
