I know a lot of guy's like the Harvester sabot. Has anyone shot the Scorpion Gold's without a sabot in their 45 cal. I am looking for another practice bullet. I don't want to hunt with them just use for practice!
I talked to Bob Parker yesterday to see where the heck my order was. He said he expects to have about 10,000 of the new 270 MH Eb in about a week or two. There is some hope on the jackets for the other MH bullets some time in Nov. at the earliest.
Gave my barrel a good cleaning and JB. Never hurts to get them as smooth as possible. I wanted a clean barrel so I can size these Parker bullets when they came this week I hope!

Thanks for that info. I thought since there just a copper washed bullet they would be to soft for high velocity loads.
The Hornady's are cheap enough for practice.

I've shot the 300 PT Gold in my SavPac. Set them up with a load of 84 weighed grains of BH 209. Sub MOA to 300 yards.
