Ingredients
2 teaspoons pepper ( or how much you like ) salt to taste 1 1/2 cups flour 4 or 5 hand sized venison steaks 2 eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup vegetable oil
-heat oil on medium heat -tenderize meat untill it's twice the size -beat egg/milk mixture with some salt and half the pepper -add the rest of the salt and pepper to the flour -dip the meat in egg/ milk mixture then dredge in the fllour -dip again then dredge again and put it in the hot oil -when the blood shows turn and cook until golden brown
It's a simple recipe but could be altered to suit your taste

MM I've used this recipe and testify that it's simple and tasty. Hammering the meat is something that the wife will watch pretty close because we soulful cooks tend to be a tad messy.( "If you make any bigger mess with that tenderizer ,I'm going to use it on your head") Also have used seasoned bread crumbs to good result

I put the meat between two sheets of heavy plastic and beat it with a 2X4. Every good cook has a 18" 2X4 in the kitchen don't they?
