These darned Slufoot Conversions are awesome!! I have had him do 5 H&R's and my 20" encore and all them will cut bullet holes at 100 yds. I put these together for 4 guys and my 13 yr old niece to hunt with. To be honest these H&R's shoot just as good as my encore!! Two of my buddies that I put these together for both shot theirs today and was able to cut the x on their first and second shots. They were stoked. I ran them thru the ins and outs of how to load them and how to clean them. I feel certain that some deer in south Arkansas will have a few bad days in the next couple weeks. Rob

I had Slufoot do his magic on one for me 3-1/2 years ago, but mines a Blackhorn 209 smoker. I think it was the first 24" Stainless Steel one he had done at the time? He done a great job on it.

Get a bolt or falling block gun made up and start cranking out to 400. Next year or there abouts for me

At the moment.. I am not that interested in long range shooting with the SML's .. heck I have a hard enough time shooting that far with my 338 and 300 Win Mags!!! The guys and I wanted good shooting rifles that we can kill deer out to 250 yds or so... and that we don't have to clean and deal with smoke. These I believe are going to fit the bill.
