Is there a conversion chart that gives approximate measurements for Torch Tip cleaners ? What are the Lehigh liners when they are new ? ? = .028 ? = .030 ? = .035 etc.
Thanks

Yule, I've never seen a chart. I've always threatened to use my digital calipers to measure then color code the important ones, but never got around to it. I did find that two of my cleaners are the same size, don't know if that's by design or not.
I always start with the smallest one that will fit then measure it to make sure I've not eroded too much.

Yule, I think you are getting involved enough that a pin gauge set from SHARS would be greatly appreciated. They are just over $10 if memory serves me correct.

If you have a new liner then find the smallest one that will fit...if the next size starts to fit then you know you have limited shots left.....#12 and #10 cleaners are whats working for me....

All good suggestions.............OR, get your wife's pin cushion and your micrometer or caliper and play around measuring them and see what does and does not fit! Richard

Myers - Looks like they are around $22. Which set should I purchase ? Plus set / Minus set, etc.

Mine is a .011"-.060" set in .001 increments. Sorry I thought it was cheaper than that via eBay. Can't find the shars on there now
