If one is going to buy a new spin jag but they don't currently shoot the 310 APBs or Match hunters but may in the future, is there any reason they shouldn't just go ahead and buy the MH spin jag? It should load all other bullets normally, right?
Or do you feel it's important to match the shape of a loading jag as closely as possible to the bullet ogive?

I have been using the MH specific SpinJag on all bullets and have not had any issues.

If you're shooting sabotless I would get the one for M/H's.

Is it safe to say that the MH jag will load any tipped bullet whether it be .45 class, .458 or .50, like say a Thor sabotless without damaging the tip?

I use a 45 spinjag in my 45 cal rifles, even on the 40 cal saboted loads. Use a 50 cal Spinjag in my 50 cal rifles with Thor or full bore cast and sabot loads. Just be sure to trim any long sabots or you might get the spinjag stuck in the sabot, and they are very difficult to get out unless you un-plug and drive clear through, don't know how I know. different loading rods for each and different spinjag for each caliber. 10 ga
