I have a newly built RemPac and am looking at trying going sabotless with this one. I have read thru a bunch of posts on here and still am hesitant to jump right in. I have the barrel blank and would like an experienced shooters advice on the process. Anyone that can or will offer up advice it would be greatly appreciated !! I'm not new to the smokeless guns just the sabotless aspect.

You could always order one of Hankins dies, then you could size full or smoothe to your guns likings. I think that's the route I'm going to try for my .45 McGowen.

Jeff's offering an adjustable die? Link? Yes and it is convertible to full form or smooth. He was supposed to post pics but have not seen any yet but I have not checked his site.

I looked at his site after posting and saw nothing. I have a FF and am not in the market but was curious as this is the first I'd read about it.

Jeff's offering an adjustable die? Link? I'll let ya know how it works out, I think I'm gonna send him my McGowen drop and have one made. Looking forward to it and im sure it will work just fine smoothe or full form. I may have to have my local expert help me figure it out and dial it in once I get it.

I've been too busy to get the die listed on the website. It's been a long time since I updated it. It's a real pain in my --- to edit the website as I'd rather be building rifles than trying to figure out all that stuff behind the website. I am in the process of building a new website that will look a lot like the one I have now but with a few more pages and I'll have the die listed on the new site . It's probably a few months away but I'll get it done as soon as I can. I've had a few request to make a video of the die in operation and I might try and do that this weekend. If I can get it done I will post it on the board. Thanks. Jeff

The smooth die I make cost $150.00 and to add the full form option I need a barrel drop that is at least .750 long and preferably 1.0 long. I will then make the full form bushing for $35.00. This brings the total cost for both dies to $185.00. Free shipping to lower 48.
I have some 45 caliber smooth dies in stock ready for delivery. If you want a full form bushing I should be able to have it ready to ship no more than five days after I get your drop.
If its a 40 caliber you want I should have some of those ready in a few weeks.
Any other caliber will be a little longer but not more than 2 months.
Thanks. Jeff.
