Is yours a .45 or .50?
Does it use the BP which uses the cut-down 6mmRem cases for ignition?

Board can be kinds slow this time of year. Not a lot of guys make frequent visits. Eventually someone will answer if ya wait but it may be a while. I know there is some info on PR conversion/upgrades but I don't know where it is and the search feature here isn't very friendly to me. 10

What type of conversion are you talking about? I converted my Encore to shoot a PR plug and rifle primers in adapters.

What type of conversion are you talking about? I converted my Encore to shoot a PR plug and rifle primers in adapters. He's talking about this one: prbullet.com/700.htmThe plug is fully open like a chamber to accept the cut down 6mm Rem case, seems like about .700". From the end of the case the plug is funneled down to a small hole where the end of the Savage type vent liner rests. The other end of the BP is slightly recessed. Cecil used to have these plugs listed in the "Accessories" section, but hasn't had them there for awhile.
