I've looked and searched on here and Parker's website and can't find it. Any idea what the BC of a 250 gr Ballistic Extreme going 2800 fps would be?

The 275gr BE (then sold as the T-shock) was tested at .214. You can assume the 250gr will be around .2 but the velocity you're flinging it at it should be a bit higher. www.modernmuzzleloader.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=3747Also at that velocity I would expect it to be pretty explosive and would only take boiler room shots.

I wonder how explosive? Shoulder hit=not making entry to chest cavity?

At that velocity I would expect major fragging. They shoot so good because they have a relatively thin jacket. I would avoid the shoulder bone for sure. They didn't do to bad in gel testing, held together mostly but limited penetration compared to the 275gr BE- www.modernmuzzleloader.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=6450

Well I have shot both the 250 BE and 275 MH and they both shoot pretty good.
I just want to make sure whatever I end up choosing will perform for me when it matters.

Of those two the MH has the thicker jacket and should hold together better terminally.

On their Facebook page it says .267 for the newer version. For the regular 250gr be? That's quite a jump from what the 275gr was real world tested at at modernml.

275be @ 915 el//in real field conditions here I estimate @ 2420fps a bc @.260//in el @ approx. 9500el approx. .275bc // I seriously doubt 250be to be higher than 275be unless you are able to launch at speeds 3500fps+ & high elevation.
fragging- I have witnessed many kills w/ 275be out to 300+ yds-this bullet is very volatile much like a grenade-can't say shoulder hits would not kill but suspect possible problems for those hits.
imo -this is a very good bullet but I would want to keep off shoulder blades etc just in case. having said this I have not seen 1 step from impact(kill)(drt) while hitting a whitetail from whatever the distance.
I would guess the 250be @ approx. .220-.240bc without launching any/fwiw
