Got my Lope tag, thought I'd do the dirty work today No wind but the heat shimmer sucked, at 100 yards I was lucky to see the target. I'm going to use a Nosler partition 60 gr with 32.1 gr Varget , I tested them at 3385 fps. The grouped well at that speed. I wanted to sight them in like I'd be hunting so I left the bench and bag at home. Just the stony point shooting sticks and my Coyote pad as a seat. I ran a fast 100 target and got it about right then Settled in for a group. THE HEAT SHIMER was worse at 100 yards for what ever reason but It turned out ok think.
then for a 200 yard group off sticks and full power ( 12 ) on the Redfield scope. The targets have 1/2" hash marks. I'm thinking if I do my part the 250 will do hers... [=D>]

An antelope is quite small and with out much growth out on the prairie to judge distance you want a flat shooting rifle. I'd be very disappointed if the groups where a lot bigger.

That's great shooting and grouping! I use 60 Partions in my Sav 223: 26.4 Vgt. Rarely get to hunt with CF but all 3 deer shot with this load(all heart/lung shots) went down quickly. With the additional performance of the 22-250, the effectiveness of the Partions should only be better yet. FYI, the 75 Amax in my 22-250 AK IMP has excellent terminal and inflight performance. Though it is a tgt round, it has excellent terminal performance also. I think at least a 10 twist or faster would be required for good stabilization. Just some thoughts.
