Give it a good soaking in Kroil or other penetrating oil. Then with your new tool give a good tap and maybe a bit of heat and try that. Plan "B" is to remove the barrel and again a good soaking but with the barrel removed you can get the heat a bit better on the barrel. You do not want to get it anywhere near glowing hot, just warm it quickly to where the oil smokes and try that. Last resort plan "C", send it to one of us with a lathe and we can cut it out. Plan "A" works 95% of the time, I myself have only had to do plan "B" once. I have known of 2 that were sent to the factory to be taken out, I do not know if they had to be totally cut out.
I'm assuming you have a BP that takes the pronged tool. You can make a tool out of a 3/8' drive impact socket with 4 prongs instead of the 2 that are on the factory "fishwacker". Or maybe somebody has a Pocampo tool that they loan you or do not use anymore since they switched to a hex head BP.

I wouldn't expect 50 shots on a well greased plug to stick. Anyone think the lil'gun has something to do with it?

I was going to wait before bringing that up,,
One of the problems is on a clean barrel you just put the Neverseize on the plug and screw it in. As a result the Neversieze gets wiped off the front threads. On a squeaky clean barrel I will coat the plug and put it in and the back it out and back in a few times to try to get the Neversieze on all the threads.

Welcome findbows,
Like rossman said make a 4 prong tool. Soak with a mix of acetone and ATF at 50/50, plug the breech plug and really soak it, at least overnight and better a couple days.
Fasten barrel/action in some type of vice, but be careful not to damage or scar it, with the breech plug up. Put removal tool on the plug and begin to twist with a pipe wrench or vice grips. Tap/bang the tool down onto the plug with a hammer and put more torque on the removal tool simulating an impact wrench. Should break the plug loose.
OR make removal tool that can be used with an impact wrench, they just about always break them loose if soaked enough.
Only the toughest corroded plugs usually need heat.
Be sure to use the machanic/machinist type grease, copper or nickel based to give the antiseize to your plug. If you use typical "grease" that most black powder/sub shooters use it does not stand up to SML. Many SML shooters, myself included, use PTFE pipe tape, commonly but incorrectly called Teflon tape, as well as a bit of antiseize on SML breechplugs.
Again welcome and when you visit again let us know how it went with the plug removal efforts.

This is all good advice and should get it out. I suspect you did not get anti-seize on all your threads. Anyway don't ruin it as I can get it out as well as others on this site. Take your time.

I agree with thread tape and creates great seal also.

And avoid LilGun in the future. It probably had nothing to do with the plug sticking but there are better/safer powders.
