nice. we need a litttle story. ;-) Not much of a story to this one... Spent opening day in the clouds with the snow blowing sideways... Just about dropped the hammer on a real nice one Saturday morning just at daybreak... He dissapeared just as fast as he appeared in the snow and clouds... Monday went out again and spent the day scouting the wheat fields and tree rows. About 3pm we spotted a herd of 6 bucks and about 10 does working the edge of a corn stubble pivot and a tree row.. My son-in-law and I put the sneek on them and took the first two that stepped out of the trees, both about the same... Our rifle season lasts a week and that was the last day I was going to be able to hunt it... I'm taking my vacation from the church during muzzleloader season so hopefully I'm not done yet..... 60gns H4831 / 130gn Hornady Interlock in both my .270 and the same in my son-in-laws... His dropped straight down and mine went about 20yds. Zen
