8-)The following is a rifle I've been working on since last fall. It was commissioned by Terry Kreibs and is finally finished. Besides the new stainless barrel you may not be able to tell much difference between it and the original 10ML (before the 10ML-II) it was made from. The rifle has a 9.3mm barrel and is specifically designed to shoot 200 or 225 grain .358 caliber bullets. The 225 grain Nosler has a sectional density of .251 and listed BC of .430. There is good reason to think that a powder like 4350 would easily make 2700 to 2800fps with the 225 grain bullet at about 75 grains charge weight. As a part of the load evaluation I have already shot the 180 grain Hornady spire point to well past 2800fps with 62 grains of Varget. Though I suspect that this powder is only good for 2400 to 2500fps (within a modest pressure limit) with a 225 grain bullet it allows for a good place to start the learning curve. Not many states allow this caliber rifle but for those that do it is as high a quality distance round as you'd be able to get from most any deer caliber weapon.
